Yes.  your staff or guests can choose how long they want the tees to be from the green, if a hole is a par 3,4 or 5.  or if they are straight or curvy.  We will create the layout with you. 

An indoors setup is recommended for buildings that have longer corridors.    Also, summer is not the only time for outdoor events.  We can setup for “Chilli Open” tournaments in the wintertime, as well.

We need about 2 hours for 9 holes and 3 hours for an 18 hole course.

We do require a deposit on equipment and have a rental agreement as well that can be found on the our site.  A photo ID is required, and a copy for our records, from the person signing the rental agreement.  Deposit based on the amount of equipment in your possession.

Weekend 18 hole events are a priority as we typically stay on site and help manage these events if they are school or fundraising events.  Therefore would would need to drop off smaller 3 hole rentals the evening before your event.  When you are reserving a 9 or 18 hole event, we will arrive the morning of to deliver and setup the course.  A 3 hole rental may be delivered the afternoon prior or the day of, for corporate events, but we are always committed to delivering 9 and 18 hole courses on Saturday mornings.  This allows you to arrange the equipment early Saturday before your party begins. 

We do recommend as much advance notice as possible as this will help guarantee that you are reserving the exact day that you would like.
