It’s time to offer a truly unique event to your supporters. An 8 hour, 18 hole event, could host 72 players every 1.25 hours, or 460 players @ $15.00 donation per player and would equate to $6,900.00. A 10 hour event ( 9 AM to 7 PM ) could raise $8,640.00. Hole in one contests can also generate funds before guests get started. Our rental fee we would cover the delivery and setup of a 9 hole or 18 hole course, with all equipment needed. Typically events last between 8 and 12 hours.
Unlike some fundraising programs, we remove the headache of reselling items, storing products, tracking down and collecting money from various channels and other related issues.
Your successful fundraising event with Really Big Golf is produced simply and is completed in one day. No long drawn out, process. You can also start risk free by posting the event to social media and pre-selling tickets to determine interest from the community prior to commitment. Really Big Golf will arrive and setup your course, early on the day of your event. As with many indoor events, courses should be completed the previous day.
Each course layout can have holes as long as a football filed or short and simple and each layout is completely unique to your event and vision.

Can Really Big golf help with our fundraising needs?
Yes. Our goal when building Really Big Golf was to help assist schools, churches, booster clubs and other organizations with an exciting 18 hole indoor / outdoor golf event that comes to your location for a trouble free fundraising event. Your group just provides the social media exposure and word of mouth to bring in players and families.

Can students help with the creation of the course.
Yes. Organizers could have a course design competition prior to the scheduled tournament to get students involved and interested in the event. Players of all ages will enjoy the challenge of creating a course and this helps with development of problem solving skills and practice with the organization of events etc. We will send help files for these topics.
Tell me about setting up indoors.
An indoors setup is a great way to avoid poor weather conditions and practically guarantees that your event is a complete success. It also allows for a two day event ( Sat. / Sun. ). Schools provide long hallways and gymnasiums and are a great resource for setting up an exciting course. Indoor events also help schools make additional sales with other items that could be added to the event. Also, summer is not the only time for outdoor events. We can setup for “Chilli Open” tournaments in the wintertime, as well.
How long do you need to setup?
We need about 2 hours for 9 holes and 3 hours for an 18 hole course.
Do you deliver equipment for individual hole rentals?
Yes, we do deliver. Delivery fees for fuel are required, if beyond a 10 mile radius of Medina Ohio.
Is there a deposit for your equipment?
We do require a deposit on equipment and have a rental agreement as well that can be found on the our site. A photo ID is required, and a copy for our records, from the person signing the rental agreement. Deposit based on the amount of equipment in your possession.
If I have a Saturday event, when will you deliver the equipment?
Deliveries for a Saturday event will be made on Friday afternoon/evening. This allows you to arrange the equipment early Saturday before your party begins. Our Saturdays are reserved for setting up and managing all day, 18 hole group events.
Any tips for adding even more interest to the event?
Yes. You could announce a food truck being on location. We also have several hole in one contests that can be run throughout the day. If an indoor event is chosen, and weather looks good, a part of the course can be outdoors.
